Hypothesis
This study aimed to assess Successful Aging (SA) and its association with Nepali older people.
Conclusion
The majority of respondents were successful agers, but improvements are needed in mental health aspects.

- 60.6% of successful agers were from the 71+ age group.
- The odds of being a successful ager were 2.45 times higher for those aged 71+ compared to those aged 60-70.

Most older people in Nepal living in old age homes are doing well, but they need more help with their mental health.

The study may not fully represent all older people in Nepal as it was limited to those in old age homes.
