Identifying the prevalence and associated factors of possible sarcopenia in Korean older adult fallers is essential to prevent and manage sarcopenia.

Possible sarcopenia is prevalent in Korean older adult fallers, and encouraging physical activity while reducing fear of falling can help prevent it.
