Hypothesis

Mechanisms exist to mediate the hypotensive action of Loranthus micranthus, which remain largely unknown.

Conclusion

The study concludes that Loranthus micranthus has anti-hypertensive activity involving anti-artherogenic events, vasorelaxation, cardiac arginase reduction, and nitric oxide elevation.
