Hypothesis
Isolated hepatobiliary or pancreatic tuberculosis is rare and preoperative diagnosis is difficult.
Conclusion
Tuberculosis should be considered as a differential diagnosis in young patients with atypical signs and symptoms from areas where tuberculosis is endemic.
